Policies:
Check In: 4:00
p.m.
Deposit Policy: This
is a prepaid reservation. The entire cost of your stay,
including tax, will be charged upon booking. You are only
responsible for incidentals during your stay.
Guarantee Policy: In
the event of cancellation, a non-refundable fee of $20.00
(USD) will be applied. This is in addition to any penalties
which may applied by the hotel due to their cancellation
policy.
Cancel Policy: Cancellations
must be made 7 days prior to arrival date and by 4PM local
hotel's time, except during holiday and special events.
During special events and holidays (Easter, Memorial Day,
Power Boat Race, Lobster Fest, Fantasy Fest, Christmas,
July 4th, etc.), these dates will have more restrictive
cancellations policies.

Our
concierge can arrange a day of fishing, diving,
snorkeling or watersports for you. The Hotel even
offer boat rentals on property. You can even fish
without leaving the property. Guests may enjoy
an array of outdoor activities such as snorkeling,
scuba diving, jet skiing and deep sea fishing.
Located only an hour away from Key West, you can
easily spend the day exploring such historic sites
as The Hemingway House Harry Truman's Little White
House or a breathtaking sunset at the Mallory
Square.
